WELCOME TO D. GÓMEZ-CASTRO'S HOMEPAGE

SHORT BIO

Ph.D. Student in Mathematical Engineering, Statistics and Operational Research under Prof. J.I. Díaz at Universidad Complutense de Madrid, supported by a FPU Grant. I got my M.Sc. and Bachelor Degree in Mathematics at Universidad Complutense de Madrid

RESEARCH INTERESTS

I specialize in semilinear parabolic and elliptic equations, in particular consider effectiveness of domains. In this area I am familiar with techniques in Schwarz and Steiner symmetrization and shape differentiation, as well as homogenization tecniques and Brézis' theory of very weak solutions.
