If you wish to attend the Congress, please fill out the form below and send it to us. Moreover, there is a Congress Fee to be paid, of 300 € before April, 30th, 2011, and of 375 € after that date. The Congress Fee includes lunch and coffee breaks from tuesday to friday and attendance to the Conference dinner, which will take place on thursday the 16th. At this moment, the payment the Congress Fee must be made by money transfer to the bank of the Congress (click here).

Once we get the confirmation of your payment from the bank, you will receive an e-mail message confirming your registration. Please allow a week for receiving this confirmation.

Students can choose the Student Registration, with a fee of 150 €  includes also lunch from tuesday to friday and attendance to the Conference dinner on thursday 16th. They must send a copy of a student identification card by e-mail. The Real Sociedad Matemática Española supports two student grants of 150€. In order to apply for the grant a brief Curriculum Vitae must be sent to the Organization. It requires the previous registration to apply for the grant. For further information contact us.

There are people who want to join Ildefonso just in the celebration’s dinner. So, there is a Special Registration, with a fee of 60€, covering only the attendance to the dinner and the transportation from any of the participating hotels (on thursday the 16th).

It is possible to consider the registration for accompanying persons, as participants in the Congress Dinner and some others social events, by filling individual registration forms, one for each, by selecting the "Accompanying person" in the  "Registration Fees" field.

Cancellation policy. Cancellation must be made by informing the Registration Desk by e-mail. The amount of refund will be as follows:

Cancellation received before April 30: Full refund minus an administrative charge of 5% of the total amount paid
Cancellation received before May 31: 50% of the total amount paid
Cancellation received after June 1, 2011: No Refund

In order to complete the Congress documentation the Organizing Committee would need the abstracts of all contribution oral and/or written.
