I am Full Professor in the Faculty of Mathematics at the Complutense University of Madrid. I received my Ph. D. degree in Mathematics from Complutense University of Madrid in 1991. I have published research papers in a variety of journals on Applied Probability, Operations Research and related fields. I am Associate Editor of Computers and Operations Research, Operational Research, Statistics and Operations Research Transactions and Top. My main research interests concern with Stochastic Modelling of Biological Systems and Queueing Theory.
