Conference Program Conference Program Please find below FLINS 2008 social activities:
- SUNDAY 21: guided visit either to Toledo (departure by bus at 14:00 from the exit of Metro "Ciudad Universitaria" station) or to Madrid (departure at 17:30 from the exit of Metro "Ciudad Universitaria" station). One, and only one, of these two guided visits has to be chosen in advance by fufilling the attendant registration form by July 15. Both tours will finish at 20:30 with the FLINS 2008 welcome reception offered by SCK-CEN, back in Madrid in Bokado, the restaurant of the "Museo del Traje" (20:30-22:30) at Avenida de Juan de Herrera, 2. Madrid, 28040. A basic documentation will be given to each FLINS registered participant, including a three-days Madrid transport pass (do not use it on Sunday if you are planing to use it on Wednesday).
- MONDAY 22: Registration at the Faculty of Mathematics, Complutense University, from 08:30. Opening session at 9:00. Zadeh's keynote lecture at 18:00.
- TUESDAY 23: Registration at the Faculty of Mathematics, Complutense University, from 08:30. Last parallel session finishing at 18.00. FLINS 2008 medals acknowledgement with gala dinner and show in the restaurant "Florida Park" (20:00-23:30) at Parque del Retiro (Menéndez Pelayo entrance, in front of Ibiza street and "Ibiza" Metro exit, line 9), Pº República de Panamá 1, 28009 Madrid .
- WEDNESDAY 24: Registration at the Faculty of Mathematics, Complutense University, from 08:30. FLINS 2008 closing session with best poster awards acknowledgement at 17:30, finishing at 18:00.
