Pre-registration

Dear colleagues,

The Symposium mathematical workspace in order to be able to arrange accommodation we would like you to complete a pre-registration form with details of your planned participation and any persons who will be accompaning you. The form can be found on this website.

The site where the event is held is a place of study accommodation is only available for participants and accompanying adults (http://www.euroforum.es/). Unfortunately this does not include accommodation for children. If you plan to bring children please inform me and alternative accommodation in another hotel nearby (10 mins form the venue) will arranged. It is very important that we receive this information as soon as possible in order to be able to make reservations.

Final registration with payment must be made by the 5th May, 2014.
