Doctorado de Investigación Matematica

The Responsible body of the Doctoral Program is the Faculty of Mathematics. The academic records and the issuing of official titulations will be in charge of the Secretary of the Faculty of Mathematics.

The academic body responsible for the program is the Coordination Comittee of the Doctoral Program, constituted by:

• The Dean of the Faculty of Mathemaics, or somebody in representation.

• The Coordinator of the Doctoral Program.

• A representative person of each of the following departments: Algebra, Analysis, Geometry and Topology, and Applied Mathematics.

The Coordination Comittee of the Doctoral Program has at least the following duties:
• the elaboration and presentation to departments of the doctoral courses offered every year in the doctoral program;
• the admision of students to the program;
• to collect and try to give solution in first instance to claims and complaints by students and lecturers of the program, notwithstanding their right of raising such complaints to higher bodies;
• the planification and management of movibility of research visitors to the program.
