PDPLT benchmark

We have
generated 5 sets of 56 instances with 20, 30, 40, 50 and 60 customers,
respectively.
These instances were generated
from the PDPTW Li & Lim benchmark with 100 customers,
selecting randomly the appropriate number of customers
considered in each case. The format used for the data is
also the same.
These instances are available
in the following .zip file:

We have also used the original
PDPTW instances with 100 and 400 instances, adapting them to
the PDPLT by removing all time windows except the ones
associated to the depot.
